Return/Exchange Policy

CourierWare Returns and Exchanges

All unused bags are returnable, preferably within 30 days- no questions asked.  Unless we made an error, the customer pays return shipping. A Return/Exchange Form is enclosed with every product we send out. Please use it for returns or exchanges, or use the online exchange form. Please do not ship packages C.O.D. If we made an error in your order, we will refund your return shipping cost and send out the correct order for no additional charge. Send your return/exchange to:
